A ten minute overview of basic cognitive neuroengineering science for excitatory neurotransmitter receptors.  For the sake of brevity, I have taken certain liberties with the neurons to simplify the presentation.  The actual biology is more complex, but the general principles hold. This is a rough cut to serve while a more polished version is being produced.
